We believe all three approaches are needed for success or indeed survival, but we realize that allies have special interests of their own and prefer to support types of work that are closest to their hearts.

We have therefore divided our fundraising into four distinct project arenas and will be giving donors more specific feedback on the areas they support.

USW Healing/Meditation/Bodywork Lab - to help patients and practitioners deepen their experience of herbal   medicines, ecosomatic energies and immanent healing powers
USW Eco-park/Green Solutions Center - to help publicize the most promising green technologies and the   rich sensual/spiritual rewards of simple sustainable ways of life
USW A/V Studio/Documentary Center - to capture and disseminate great lessons, insights, and   moments of artistic epiphany to people around the world
USW Development Endowment - to bring all these strands together, propagate the best working   models, fund artist/healer residencies, and keep on keeping on...

Such wish lists will no doubt grow rapidly as we get underway, but you could simply pre-empt the beggary and send us things you think we might need or should be using anyway.

Old-fashioned Investment: Behind and before the non-profit corp designed to manage USW affairs, there is a traditional private limited company that owns the land and will lease many of the capital intensive facilities to the non-profit for a modest rate. Interested parties with significant resources who would like to help this effort, but not kiss their contributions goodbye are encouraged to request info about investment opportunities in this infrastructure corporation and a copy of its business plan. If you don't  mind a relatively ascetic return on investment and  mainly hope to someday recycle the funds for other uses, this may be the best way to play.
